LOOK: The Cheapest Fare From Manila To Cebu

For the first time, I've traveled to Cebu from Manila through a ferry. Yes, you read it right. Airfare is just too expensive right now especially this yuletide season. So, without flinching an eye, I've booked my first 2Go ticket, heading to the Queen City of the South.

Travel time from Manila to Cebu is around 23 hours. However, I was able to get such a good deal, paying more or less Php 1,500 for a tourist class. Obviously, this is the most affordable fare you can get if you're on a budget like me. Awesome deal, isn't it?

2Go Travel offers a safe and comfortable experience while traveling by the sea. I have never thought that inside the vessel, at the information office, it looked the same as the hotels. Amenities includes a restaurant, a massage spa, a salon, convenient store, charging areas, and a bar at night, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I was like on staycation to a certain hotel while traveling by the sea. Amazing, right?

If you're not in a hurry and is on a tight budget, consider this option. Traveling by the sea allows you to meet new friends and the experience alone is such a memorable one. I've been traveling solo for years now and meeting new friends is one of the things I'm always looking forward. I love talking to people and listening to their inspiring stories.

By the way, 2Go Travel has no peak season price. They have fixed prices all year round regardless of the season. Such a good news for us, budgetarians! My 2Go experience, heading to Cebu from Manila, is one of my best travels to date. I was able to save for my fare; had a good massage and met new friends. You should try it, too!
